Tariff Card showing incorrect rate

My tariff card correctly identifies the Octopus Go and SEG tariffs, but shows the rate for the Go tariff as 3p per unit instead of the correct value. It also only shows the first 8 slots of 47 but the arrow to move forward through the slots is missing.

I have tried adding a screenshot of my tariff card, but can't work out how to add an image.

As a separate query on the beta portal, is there any way to get the cards to default to the full detail instead of having to do this manually? I use a Microsoft Surface Go, so I am assuming that the portal sees it as a mobile device, but the screen is large enough to see the full detail.

When I spoke to Octopus yesterday, you can't have Go and an export tariff above the 3p one.

I'm on Go but my SEG is with OVO as they offer 4p per unit with no other charges. Paid on a quarterly basis and you have to submit readings every quarter.

So I've got a 1p split on my import/export which makes my charging decisions for the battery come Spring a bit easier.

I'll just top it up on Go regardless as even if I do get enough generation the difference for the 9kwh (worst case empty battery to full plus some extra for the AC-DC conversion losses) of Go charging is 9p instead of 18p if I'd left my SEG with Octopus.
