My battery is located in the garage and is getting down to 4 Deg C in this frosty weather, so I wonder if those outside are going below freezing and are therefore not able to charge as charging below freezing can be damaging to the batteries?

The BMS will mange this so that batteries don't get damaged.

Chris -My battery is mounted on the house wall outside. Is it still OK to charge from ECO 7 overnight if temp falls below zero, or should I not charge the battery up? The Give energy spec says operating temp for my 8.2 is -10 to +55, but I've seen lots of articles that say you shouldn't charge below zero cos it can permanently damage them!
