I have Gen 2 Hybrid Inverter that can charge and discharge at 3.6kw, but the app will only allow me to set a maximum charge rate of 3kw whereas I can set the full 3.6kw in the cloud portal? Just wondering what might be causing this.
anthonypar does it actually charge at 3.6kW ever (I.e app bug vs actual charge limitation)
What battery have you got? They can’t all do the 3.6kW.
Does 3.6kw via portal setting. Just seems to be an issue with the app. However, if I request an immediate charge through the play/pause etc buttons in the app it charges at 3.6k. Just a bug I think?
Battery is 8.2kw
