Hi, during the recent snow obviously panels did not charge battery and ran to zero
(4%) once panels were clear I found the PV MCB tripped. since then the battery has charged to 33% but not feeding through the 'inverter - we are only using the grid to feed electrical consumption -not the battery.. Can anyone assist with getting the inverter back running? Thanks

Try an inverter restart on the portal. On the inverter card, top right of that card are four symbols - the one furthest to the right that looks like an on/off symbol is the inverter restart, Click that and you should get an acknowledgement message.

Are you sure it was PV MCB? Do you mean the MCB for the PV system in the consumer unit? Either way, following the process suggested by @wilfleek should get you back.

Once it's back up, check the portal inverter card Settings. Ensure ECO mode is enabled, that on the battery settings tab, that the charge/discharge power is set to maximum and the inverter should use PV to charge the battery after it has satisfied house load. If you are on a time of use tariff (Economy 7 etc), you can set a timed charge. Even if you aren't on a ToU tariff, you could try a short timed charge just to check the inverter is working as expected. As long as the battery is above 0C, all should be good.
