My inverter seems to have gone partially inaccessible. I can't change any settings and it shows as offline but I am getting readings to the dashboard or at least I seem to be. What's the best way to bring this back to life, thinking the cold garage hasn't helped but as some of you seem to have them all the way outside, I didn't want to restart it un-necessarily.
Can't change inverter settings
ted actually it's offline as of 735 this morning so nothing out of it, dongle is flashing blue, can't remember if that's good or bad?

ted Thats bad. Needs to be solid blue. Try a reboot of your wifi router
OK, so it's not connected. What's the best way to fix this, dongle out and in again?
My router is fine, I'm on a work zoom and everything else in the house is working fine, including a camera next to the inverter.

ted
If you dont want to reboot the router, forcing the wifi to re-connect. You could reboot the dongle, either by removing it, or power cycling the entire inverter
3 hours later, it's warmed up and the dongle has reconnected, 😃
I didn't do anything but I'll keep an eye on it.
TheDragon (GivEnergy) Thanks for the response, good luck with the firmware 🙂
