First post here ...
I've got a 3 kW invertor and had an installer add a 9.5 kWh battery alongside the existing 8.2 kWh one that we've had for the last six months. The new, larger gen 1 battery is now set as the primary one with the older gen 1 battery relegated to secondary.
In the portal I can see that the combined capacity is correct (17.72 kWh) but I'm only seeing the battery percentage for one battery in the app and dashboard but using Home Assistant I'm seeing two battery percentages.
My original system was installed by another installer and the one who installed the new battery couldn't recommission the system as it appeared to be locked persumably as it's already been commisioned. Is recommissioning necessary anyway ? Do I need to calibrate the system by fully draining and charging it ?
Thanks in advance
Phil
