Hi, we are new to this so need some help please!
Battery was charged last night on low tariff but today although some consumption is taken to the house it is still drawing from the grid. The chart shows 8 w from battery which is71% charged and 237w from grid. Happened yesterday as well.
Any ideas why this might be?
Thanks

Travis Check to make sure discharge is enabled - should be able to see using the app or the portal.

anglefire "discharge" is a forced discharge at full power - not the right thing. Make sure Eco/dynamic is enabled and discharge is Disabled.

stevelewis I don't agree - it turns on (When I look via GivTCP when the inverter is powering the house, the Enable discharge switch is on.) Are you thinking of the enable scheduled discharge switch?

stevelewis discharge and enable DC schedule discharge are different.

Restore to defaults to get all the settings back in order and start again.

anglefire OK, not seen that switch (and couldn't today from a quick look at the app) , but I don't use GIVTCP and I guess @"Travis" wouldn't either as a newbie. Reset to defaults is the best advice.

stevelewis it’s enable dc discharge on the portal I believe.
But yes reset to default is a good shout.
