lesfearn I had a phone call from Dan a couple of days ago reference a couple of issues I raised over the Christmas period.

I think they are still in post Christmas catch-up mode as it would probably have been just minimal staff for the 2 week period.

Dan did mention he had a couple of new starters too so that tends to slow things down a little bit until they are up to speed.

I have generally had a reply for any bug reports. It can be several days later though.

You sure they aren't closed out? The closed ones only show if you toggle the filters on the feedback page.
I've sent loads and unless you specifically go looking for the reply it appears on first glance that they have gone into a black hole.

Although it has just been Christmas so I'd imagine they running triage on the system breaking ones first over a anything cosmetics depending on what you've asked.
