Invert keeps going offline

Hi,
I just had my battery installed alongside a solarEdge inverter and car charger. My GE inverter keeps going offline, but I'm not exactly sure why, possibly I have slightly high voltage? Here are the logs that I can see may help:

Hi Mike,
We had the same issues over the Christmas period, with voltages up to 259V reported in the portal Grid Data, and inverters going offline (sometimes for several hours) and throwing the Grid Voltage Fault error. I contacted the local DNO (UK Power Networks) and reported it on Boxing Day and they 'tapped down' the local voltage at the substation and came out to see us last week to check how things had been since. They were going to install a voltage recorder for a couple of weeks at the house to monitor it but we agreed it wasn't necessary as the errors had stopped and voltage wasn't as high any more. I believe 253V might be an upper limit for tolerances, so it would be worth reporting it. We're now averaging 245V, peaking at 250.5V, and no more Grid Voltage Faults. They also said the high voltage could shorten the lifespan of lightbulbs, appliances and other electricals, so it's definitely worth reporting it.

Thanks Scott, I have reported it, SSE came out very quickly and recorded a voltage of 250, checked the connections etc. They are now investigating what to do next as it spikes up and down from 250 to sometimes 260 (according to the battery and my car charger).

Hopefully fixed soon! I have also gone through quite a few LED lightbulbs in the past few years, I assumed they were just bad, but this would explain it!
