Is there anyway you can, set the AC Coupled Inverter to stop the battery discharging for a given time period?
It seems a bit pointless, particularly in the winter period, using the battery power to run dishwashers, washing machines etc. during night time tariff periods and then having to recharge the battery from the grid again.

There don't appear to be any settings which would allow this functionality.

Mant Thanks

If you have a cheap night tariff set a charge window and SOC% and it will hold the SOC there + feed the house demand from grid for the window.

Eggsnail I am using Eco and Timed Charge for GO from 0030-0430
But I defer the immersion in the evening until 0030 and that then uses grid power, not from the battery which is charging.

Yes that's because the battery can't charge and discharge at the same time, so it's a good idea to out off peak stuff into service in that same window.

LordHippos not only that, but why use stored power when there's cheap power to be had from the grid. Save the battery discharge for when the off peak rate ends. 😀

Yes that is what I do, in this weather I fully charge 8.2kwh battery via Go each day.

Hi Everyone thanks for your replies and help. I will adjust the scheduled times for immersion and other electrical appliances to match the charge time for the battery. 😄
