Hello,
Wanted to update my smart tariff rates with the latest pence per KW rates for my tariff, however I can't see anywhere on how to change it. Has any one any advice on this?

I think it's supposed to update automatically, but it might take a few days to do that.
Or just delete the tariff card from the portal dashboard and then re-add (and configure it).
Ah that makes sense to delete it. I'm on a Scottish Power economy 8 tariff which isn't in the selectable tariffs so I had to create it manually.
Thanks for your advice.

on a similar vein, I have finally got Octopus to charge correctly for night time eco 7 use.
The tariff card on my app is showing an import cost of 33p not 17p as it should.
I have deleted the tariff and re entered it a few times , even generated a new api from Octopus to no avail.
If i manually enter my tariff, how would i get it to display the agile export prices? I am assuming that is not possible.
positor1 I am assuming that is not possible.
It is possible to have your import and export tariffs in the smart card. I failed when trying to use the built-in energy company buttons and had to manually enter a Time of Use tariff for import and a fixed tariff for export using the Givenergy button.

sorry i should have said agile variable export.
Ideally i would just like to manually add the import cost and leave the agile import from the api.?
positor1 When I changed supplier to EDF in April, I was able to add the EV tariff but faield to add my SEG import tariff with Octopus. It looked like you couldn't have two different suppliers on the energy card, so I had to add each manually.
I'm guessing that you may have to add a feature request to enable different energy companies to have their tariffs on the same card: one for import and one for export, either being fixed, ToU or variable (via API).

Thank you Tim. to be clear it is not two different suppliers, both are Octopus, they just wont update the api to give the correct time of day tariff information for economy 7. Agile export appears correctly.
