Solar going straight to battery

Good afternoon

A problem has occurred today that I don’t understand. Everything was working fine up until around lunchtime but since then the following symptoms have appeared;

1. Solar generation going direct to battery and not powering house.
2. App shows house load as zero and zero grid import but smart meter shows that we are importing.
3. Lights on inverter show generation going to battery but nothing to the house and nothing from the grid.
4. When generating earlier today the app showed say 500w gen/ 500w to battery/0w house load/0w import whereas the smart meter showed 250w load and 250w import.
   5 Now that we are not generating as the daylight has gone the app is showing 0w gen / 11w house load / 11w from battery whereas the smart meter is showing import of 475w.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Has something tripped? RCB in the consumer unit for the inverter and/or energy meter perhaps?

Thanks for the quick reply. No I’ve just checked the trip switches and no problems there.

Could be CT clamp have come loose, maybe?

Do the values on the little energy meter thing appear to be changing? E.g. on each cycle is the total active energy different, same for import active and export active, etc.

Thank you very much, that was the issue, a little fettling with the ct clamp and the readings are all back to normal and import has stopped. Will get the installer to have a look at it when he’s back in a couple of weeks. Thanks again for resolving this for me.
