My access point died and I replaced it with a different brand. so I reset the Wifi dongle on my AC3 and I am unable to connect to it, I can see its wifi connection is present with the serial number of the dongle, but it is not accepting the serial of the dongle as the password when i try to connect to it. I tried upper and lowercase and just the numbers.
it is a WF dongle type
Is there any other password it could use or format?

turns out you cant do the initial config of the dongle with an iphone as it insists on there being a psssword for Wifi connections.. I tried a laptop and it connected to the default wifi connection without requiring a password.
I could then log in to the website with admin admin
hwextreme hopefully you set a password for the WiFi connection whilst doing all that, to ensure no one can surf the (dodgy parts of the) internet using that WiFi connection!
It should be your main wifi password as written on your router.
