Three times now and it fails each time at 6%.

I had same problem, tried a few times to update then the inverter & batteries went offline. Managed to get back online with support, and update battery firmware downloading from pc to usb sticks. After batteries back online 2nd battery was fully discharged and wouldn’t take a charge! Lots of stress but fixed now. Lesson learned don’t hit the upgrade button! Seen on another post an issue with writing update to batteries with usb sticks formatted to fat, post recommends trying formatting them to fat32 in a pc, might help you.

Not that you should have to take the panel off and insert a usb anyway, it should of been done by the installer.

THALL Yes I've had successful updates in the past, last one around the start of November

feidhlim My last update took 3 or 4 goes to complete. If it fails after that I'm afraid you will need to contact support so they can take a look at it.

Battery Firmware reporting version 3005 this morning now. Which is good I guess that the update completed, but I don't like that it happened without my interaction after failing.
"Last Update Time" is empty too.

THALL Last Update Time - Never updates. Two upgrades, currently on latest version, but never seen that field populated.

anabanet Same. I've had more than one inverter and battery update and that field is always blank.
