Leave Feedback - notification they have been recieved?

Since my system has been installed mid December 2022, i have been using the feedback tool to raise bugs/feedback where i think it's valuable. My question is do GE notify me that these have been received? I have 11 open at the moment but haven't heard anything from GE to indicate they are aware of the bugs/looking into it. A lot of them relate to the SOC issues that there is a lot of in this forum but want to make sure GE are aware i believe im experiencing the same issues. To be honest this forum has given me more information than speaking to GE.

You are very unlikely to hear back from them. But at least they are logged. Is there anything the forum can assist with?

That's a shame, would be nice to have at least received comms to let me know it's being worked on. Nothing that's not already been discussed thank you. GE has been installed as a trial for me, so discussing with the guys i work with to see if they can find anything out there end about SOC issues and likely fix date.

It is extremely difficult to recommend GE domestic kit to anyone right now for various reasons.
