I've just got my Givenergy PV and battery system installed 5 days ago. I can see how much electricity is generated, battery charge & discharge value and amount imported and exported to the grid. However, the amount consumed is always showing 0.
Is this normal?

Patel91 based on this graph it looks like your ct clamp is on the wrong way around as you have -ve solar. Or the wrong place.
Simple to check - find it and work out where it is - it should be on the incoming red or brown cable (depends on age) going to the main meter and the arrow (which may be inside - though usually outside) should point in the normal direction of flow from the grid.
Brilliant...
Just checked the CT clamp, it was on the right cable but it was pointing in the opposite direction.
I'm now getting a value of our consumption.
