I've noticed that the daily data from my Android GivEnergy App differs slightly from the daily data in the Givenergy Web Portal, Has anyone else noticed this and can anyone explain why?
I'm also using the GivTCP addon for Home Assistant where the daily results match the Web Portal not the App
Graham_Harrison what data doesn't match? Is it the visuals like graphs, or the totals for the day? Have you got some screenshots so we can see the difference?
I get the feeling the app doesn't update the data as much as the web portal. E.g. solar generation seems lower on the app than the portal, but eventually updates.
Also the graph for energy use doesn't always look right. E.g. an empty column for a half hour which actually should be 300W
The app should show anything at or over 0.01kWh so should show 300W!

They are only small differences in my example above from the 25/01/23 but I would expect them to match

Graham_Harrison I'm guessing it's a rounding thing. The app seems to show more decimal places than the portal.
App rounds up, portal rounds down? Or just shows first decimal place to 1DP?
