Home function not active on app

Ho there - the Home function is gryed out on the app and only the Away feature is available. I'm am logged onto my WiFi network so unclear why it is not working?

Mark_Whitby The app is not connecting to the dongle in the inverter. Check if the dongle has a steady light on it and not flashing.

If it is steady it is connected to 'something'.

Check your router and look for the connected devices. The dongle will have a name like 'HA21...' and make a note of the assigned IP address.

In the app go to the main settings and local control. Select Manual search and enter the ip address you noted. It should try and connect and a tick should appear next the address if it has done so. You should then be OK.

The toher thing to check is that your app device is connected to the same wifi network as the dongle. They need to be on the same subnet - the ip addresses of both must have the same numbers for the first three parts of the ip addresses.

Thanks - I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app and that seemed to wake it up!
