Hi any advice on how much battery I should charge on solar?
Is it 100% or less and how do I change settings.

Afroz Go to the web portal - Inverter card - Settings and check that ECO mode is enabled. Go to Settings Battery Options and check that charge and discharge power is set to max.
Once you have set the inverter to this mode, it will supply house load from PV when available or battery if there's not enough PV. If there's surplus PV, the inverter will charge the battery. If the battery is full, the inverter will export the surplus, up to the G98/99 limit set by your installer or Givenergy. Let the battery charge to 100% as there's already a 5% buffer built in at the upper end, and discharge to 4% which is the minimum available to you. There is also a 15% buffer below the 0%, so you shouldn't need to be concerned with putting your own restrictions in unless you particularly want to.
You can do the same on the app, but in the past it hasn't been as reliable as the web portal.

Tim I'm a newbie too, Tim, so value your thoughts particularly. Will the batteries charge automatically in Eco mode or does one have to set a timed charge to get it or them to 100%. In Battery options there is also the continuum operating scale with 4% reserve and 96% usable. Where should the green dot on the continuum be - at 96%? Presumably a timed charge will ensure this can be set to make use of an low overnight tariff to achieve this?
Eco mode tries to minimise import and export. If there is enough solar generation to power the house, then it will do that. Any excess will go into charging the batteries. Conversely, if there isnt enough solar generation to power the house then the system will use the battery to supply as much as it can.
Depending on your particular circumstances, on high generation days, the system might have enough to power the house and fully charge the batteries without relying at all on import.
Timed Charge forces the system to reach and maintain a user-selected SoC during a user-selectable time period. Most people use this to charge their batteries overnight in off-peak times. This "time-shifts" peak usage into off-peak rates.
