I have this message on my system .... could someone let me know what's wrong or to do as all was working well ! and then exporting starts when no need & battery gets to 48% & then jumps to 100% ?

I don't think the BMS Over voltage is a big issue in itself - it usually clears fairly quickly. I had it once back in September and have never seen it again There are other threads on this - go to the search box and type "overvoltage" The jumps in SOC could be a different issue that others have referred to above.
