What's your question? Please post some images of your portal fows graph so we can see what is happening and maybe explain to you what you are seeing.

The solar system produces energy, and what is extra it transfers it directly to the grid, and in my battery it has not been powered for 5 days. The question would be, why does my battery stop charging, or else, why the system no longer puts power into the battery

PETRE Post the image. We are guessing without seeing the full picture.
Also:
- Check the lights on the inverter - what is happening with the center light?
- What lights, if any are on the battery?
- Is ECO setting enabled or not.
- Do you have a timed charge period set and what is the charge to %?
- Do you have a timed discharge set and what is the discharge power?
- What is your Battery operating range?
3-6 are all in your My Inverter Panel in the portal and select settings

Also, where is the battery? Is it outdoors? Has it got too cold?
0% isn't good! Perhaps a call to your installer or GivEnergy needed.
