Report data

I have a twin battery/inverter setup. Thus on the web portal, the data for the generation/usage etc is nonsense. Yet when I generate a report, the data makes sense and closely matches my bills etc from octopus? How come?

Smk82 We've got a dual hybrid installation. The data on the individual inverter cards on the portal looks OK. We had an issue that the Reports were just wrong some months ago, but that seems to have been corrected to some extent. The only issue for us now is that while the portal summary has summed and individual data for each inverter for PV and battery, the house load is still only the data from one inverter and the consumption to date figure is ... wrong (no idea where it is derived from).

The report for January looks there or thereabouts but the report for all time is just as crazy as it always was. I wonder if their database stores summarised data and the all time report is making use of that?

It’s the figures at the top which are totally nuts for me.. apparently I’ve imported 4200kwh today 😂
