Registering with the Portal

Can anyone help? I've been unable to find anywhere to be able to register for the online Portal

chrisstone68 Navigate to [https://www.givenergy.cloud/] and enter your userid and password to log into the portal. The userid is usually your email address used by your installer to register your account and they should have left you with your password to log on with. I'm surprised you can get her but not there.

Go to https://givenergy.cloud/login and put in your user name and password. Your installer should have set this up for you when he commissioned the system. Mine was just my name with no spaces as a user ID and then he left me alone to put in whatever I wanted as a password. I have an AC system and a Solis inverter and the installer did the same for the Solis, but used my e-mail address as a user name. If you didn't write it down at the time you could always try contacting the giv energy help desk, or I guess you could try Admin Admin as that seems to work for a lot of things!!!

Cheers for the reply Tim, I've been left with nothing to help logon. I've tried phoning their number but it keeps disconnecting the call, I think everyone has gone home for the weekend!!!

I think it appears that the installer didn't set me up with any details as to setting up the account.
Will have to try and speak to Givenergy and use that route

I had to do a reset password to get into the portal. Used the email address I was communicating with the installer.
