I noticed, while my batteries were showing the expected 4% SoC on the "home page", (no charging for a day or two) that if I went to the new "battery info" section provided in the last app update, that individually they were at 11% and 12% SoC?
Does the latter page show true SoC (i.e. including the unusable "reserve" to give 80% DoD) or is this a bug?
I have been having problems for the last week on my setting for "Charge To" is reset to 100% every night. I too have found the new "More Information" tag on the "Battery Graph" page and it shows that my slave battery is 8-10% SOC less than the main battery. I am wondering if this discrepancy is confusing the inverter.
Anyone got any ideas?
Comments on one of the FB groups does indeed suggest that it is the difference between the usable SOC (which we are used to seeing) and the full SOC (including the safety buffers at each end).
hhall it's a known issue apparently, less of a priority than the SoC issue, but will be looked at eventually.
