Are the AC-DC and vice-versa losses absolutely constant or variable depending on the charge/discharge rate ?

i.e. do the inverters have a 'sweet-spot' for charge/discharge where the losses are at their smallest. e.g. if this sweet-spot was 2000w then limiting discharge to 2000w might provide a small benefit in the long run ?

Anybody know ?

Thanks.

You could do your own testing, as each inverter will be different. Based on battery cabling, grid voltage.

Set in the Portal a value of charge, then log the AC and battery power. Do this for as many as you wish between 500 and 3000 (Or inverter Max) Then find your own sweet Spot

Typically inverters are most efficient at max power
