Hi All,
I'm on Agile and i have the Eco option choosen in setting but my battery isn't discharging. I've looked at it this morning i notice that while i have the Eco option still choosen, it's also enabled discharge & charge times.
Is this normal?
OGORMAN not unless you've set some tariff automations in the smart tariff card, or are using something like the Octopus R&D app.
Remove any tariff automations, then reset to defaults (Portal > My Inverter > Settings > Reset to Defaults) then re-enable Eco mode. If you want a timed charge then set this from the timed charge section. Do not set a timed discharge.
If you're on Octopus Agile, you will want something automating so that it charges at cheap times. I have an app I wrote, so does @stevelewis, there's the Octopus R&D thing, and there's automations in the portal.
