Hi, Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I have noticed on my mobile app that the import icon records nothing (as I do not export), and my export icon records my import data.
According to the App Guide, this is back to front.
It is not an issue, but has anyone else noticed this?
Simonhewitt on my Android: If I tap the Red circle with the pylon I get a screen with Import underlined, a circle in the middle with today's Import and at the bottom of the screen the Breakdown of: Import to Home, & Import to Battery.
Selecting Export so that is underlined I get Grid Export for today total in the middle and the Breakdown at the bottom: Export from battery and Export from generation

I found that when I go to Energy Graph on my IPhone, the x2 pylon icons according to the app should refer to import and export, but my figures recorded do not tally, the export records grid to home and the import refers to home to grid!
Simonhewitt What does the portal say? It would be really wierd if they report differently. If the portal also has them reversed then there's a CT clamp possible on the wrong way around. If they are different I'm wondering if you are confusing the symbols. Pylon with arrow pointing out (away from pylon) is Import. Pylon with arrow pointing in (towards pylon) is Export.
If you are still confused, pleease post imags so we can see what you are seeing and we might be able to spot someething.
perhaps ct clamps are reversed?
Simonhewitt I think I see what you mean, IMHO the graphic on the Energy Graoh page is back to front. I think the challenge is that they have swopped the side of the arrow on the pylon rather than swopping the arrow direction and keeping it on the same side of the pylon. That way "From Pylon" and "To Pylon" would have been clearer.
