Unless I have missed something in the setup, it would be nice to have the option to have a warning message if the power goes off on a smart plug. We have a number of critical on items such as freezer, fish tank etc. that it would be useful info if for any reason the power went off.
Submit a feature request.
However the next revision of codeable automations, will allow you to create a notification for this event.
You would need to address 2 different reasons why plug has gone off.
Switched off, ie someone pressed the side button, plug still online but off.
Or offline, plug has no power at all
TheDragon (GivEnergy) Offline doesn't mean no power at all necessarily. I have a plug that I have reconnected twice, and after a couple of weeks it goes offline. Power still being supplied fine.
