App unresponsive!

Only 2nd day with solar so very new to all this. The app seems to be stuck in Dynamic mode, ie I can't change any settings! I seem to be drawing from the grid even though the battery is showing 100%!

Wobs if you've only just had everything installed it could be doing it's commissioning cycle, where it fully discharges then recharges to set to lower & upper limits. Give it a full 48 hours before you change anything

Wobs Dynamic is the right mode to supply house load from PV/battery. You might find things easier if you log onto the web portal and the controls there are sometimes more reliable and it can also be clearer to understand what you are doing. Just ensure that from the portal, the inverter ECO mode is enabled. If it is and the battery is still not supplying house load (assuming insufficient PV), check that the isolator between the battery and inverter hasn't tripped (it should be pushed up like the isolator in your consumer unit).

Can you explain how to log onto the Web portal.
I won't change anything yet, as the system might still be setting itself up, but I would be interested to look at the controls you mentioned.

Wobs Go to https://www.givenergy.cloud/ and put your userid and password in (same as for the app). The portal has much better granularity of data.
