The livechat bubble no longer appears on the start screen when I connect to Givenergy. Any suggestions on how to make it reappear?

BarryForde it depends on if there are any people available on the chat

Ah! perhaps that it, but I've not seen the bubble for many days now so maybe not? It used to appear and I used it many moons ago.
I'm almost deaf so using the phone is challenging to impossible, email takes many days to get a response so LiveChat is just the thing for me. If only I could find the bubble!

BarryForde I do not recall seeing the bubble in 2023. Not sure I have seen it since November to be honest.

TX200 Yes I've been meaning to have a look at text relay services as they sound very useful for folk like me. Only thing that worries me is can they hang around for hours waiting on calls in queues?

As it happens the issue I was trying to get help with via email, triggered a fast email response. Basically I was finding that no matter what percentage I was setting the "charge up to" in timed charge, the batteries were charged to 100%. GE sent me an email this afternoon saying it was a known bug and their developers were working on a fix. Next firmware release I hope.
Thanks all for you help, I'll look into the relay for next time! Of course there may not be a next time, oh look a flying pig!

BarryForde I had the same problem and somewhere on one of these threads I picked up a hint. Go to Inverter/Tariff Automations and select 'Stop Automation' and Select. Then go to the settings card and set up what you want to happen. Deselecting the Octopus Automation worked for me - I just charge during the GO period at 2600w and use the slider to set wanted target. Hope that helps.

Tried the phone too, but gave up after 15 mins.
