Force export from dashboard

I can force export from the app, although sometimes it doesn't work properly.
Is it possible to do the same from the dashboard. I can't find it anywhere. I must surely be going blind!

go to the inverter icon (looks like a computer screen). Click. Then select settings from the row of options . Then select timed export. Put in the time you want to export and click submit. A banner appears at the bottom of the screen to say the setting is successful. If it doesn't work the first time, just press it again. Engaging the timed export option disengages ECO, so as soon as the export period is over go back in and make sure ECO is engaged. If you forget then you may end up taking power from the grid.

BarleyRiser I forgot to say - if you are a bit computer savvy you can automate this - I think people use Home Asistant, GivTCP or the Octopus R&D labs. If you search you may find some automation threads that could help.

Karen once I put in the timed values the eco is turned off. If you look in the app it is either timed or dynamic, which I'm led to believe is the app's word for eco.

Karen I was thinking of selecting it, not programming it.
