I've found answers and YouTube videos about trying to get Octopus Economy 7 tariffs into the dashboard card.
I managed to enter the data manually, but couldn't add the Agile export rates, as they change every 30 minutes.
Went back to the Octopus card and realised it wanted the MPAN number. I have a different one for import and export. Depending on which one I put in I can get import or export prices, but not both.
Do other people have just one MPAN number, or is there a way to enter both, or perhaps have two cards?
Smart Tariff Card
The import and export elements of the meter have different MPAN numbers.
I know I am on ECO7 and have 2 different fixed import rates and a single fixed export rate , but I think the Octo API is still out of date for me.
When I set up my Octo I used the import MPAN and imported the API into it into GivEnergy it realized the different rates and I flip between import and export on the expanded tariff sheet with the arrows half way down the side

It looks like I've put in the export MPAN as this is the more variable rate. Obviously can't do both import and export as it only allows one MPAN to be entered.

until i changed to eco 7 the API key from OCTO gave me the correct import and export charges (agile outgoing)
since changing the rates displayed have not changed, ie still showing the 33p per kwh i was paying, export rates are correct for each half hour.
I have contacted Octo till i am sick of doing so. still have it as an outstanding issue and all the usual promises that it is with a metering specialist.. months tick by with no change.
You can glean from this ( i think) that it is the octo api that has not been corrected for eco 7.
positor1 Slightly annoying but I can live with it. This gives me the export correctly and I can find the import elsewhere.

or ring Octo and ask them to correct it? the more people taht flag it up the more likely we are to see it corrected.
