judgepd you can subscribe to get notifications sent to you via email for these, quite handy for the planned stuff.

How exactly do you subscribe to these? Looking at the link it shows "login" at the top and "unsubscribe" at the bottom, when I try to login with my email address it tells me "I am not subscribed".

I'm definitely not subscribed so unsure how I can be ¯_(ツ)_/¯

pacemaker if you go to http://status.givenergy.cloud/ there should be a subscribe link towards the bottom

I do not see that, there is login at the top right, if you hover over that you can choose agent or subscriber log in, that gives you an email entry and that says it will send a log in link.
If that happens it is not immediate.

ditto (when you click unsubscribe at the bottom) there is not a subscribe option that i can see.

further. if yopu try again , for a brief moment you will see "
Subscriber email seems to be not present"

so i assume you have to subscribe another way.

Freshdesk is awful and cheap. Perfect for GE.
