So GivEnergy knows what tariff I'm on, but there's no prices/data. On the Historical tab, data is showing back to when I joined Octopus. Automation tab offers the choice of Stop Automation / Remove Tariffs / Submit. I'm wary of Remove Tariffs, as I can't remember how the tariff got there in the first place, unless it was that dialog asking for 4 different strings of numbers. And Stop Automation and Submit don't seem to do anything of any great help.
Any ideas, please?

Octopus often lags with the data - especially at weekends. I have data up to midnight 2023-03-03 and expect the rest within the next 24 hours.

If that is your case, you should have a message like this:

"No data available
This consumption data has not yet been provided by your energy supplier."

hhall No, there's no message, refreshing does nothing, still just what's in the image: name of tariff + big fat zeroes and blank space beneath. On the app I get this:

It would appear that you do not have an automation set, and that is beyond my pay grade. Never fear, someone will come along shortly with the knowledge that is required. Good luck.

Surely if you have a smart meter on your electricity supply, you can get much better and more accurate costs and electricity import figures from that rather than referring to the Givenergy app or website. I find that the app is approx only and the smart meter is totally accurate and after all what your electricity supplier uses to charge you. There seem to be some gaps in the Givenergy figures certainly on my app. Also if you use Octopus, the Octupus app seems very accurate and I trust that more than the Givenergy one.
Just my thoughts and observations since our solar installation went live in mid Jan 2023.
