System installed 24 Feb and finally commissioned 3 March 10 panels, 2x5.2KW batteries, after Electrician contractor came out
Commissioning Engineer advised that front 3 panels should have been 4 as the other 3 and 4 sets were linked and front 3 set was not charging.
Looked on dashboard and under PV Data see IPV1(A) with figures under it and IPV2(A) all zeros.
Have been onto installer and their phone goes to answer machine and they have not replied to messages nor email.

Any suggestions?

Lister1836 Pure guesswork as there isn't really enough detail. Perhaps the three panels that are on their own don't provide enough power (at this time of the year) to work, perhaps they are only meant to come into their own during the summer? Why weren't the 'front three' panels four?, or should they have been connected 4+3 with the 4 on their own?
Exact spec of install may help more.

If you have a separate solar inverter in the attic, and an AC3.0 looking after the batteries, you will only ever see "PV1" input on the portal - that is normal.
