Flux data and Octo error

I have checked my GE Smart Tariff histograms and they exactly match what my system is doing for import and export.
The Octo histograms show the same values as the GE histograms for Import and Export.

BUT if I download the Octo Import and Export data (Get your geek on), the values and profiles show they are the opposite of what they say they are.

This might just be a labelling error and no big deal, but if Octo are using that half hourly data to prepare bills then it is totally wrong.
They are paying me for my CONSUMPTION and charging me for my EXPORT.

I have asked them numerous times what registers RT on the smart meter store half hourly data for off peak, day and peak rates so I can do a manual check, but no reply

The usage histograms on the Octo phone app show the kWhr import and export numbers correctly and match GE, but the Octo phone app cannot do the maths for the export yet (gives an apology) and the import £ values do not match the GE values of £, even if I add the standing charge in.

I think Octo need to do some work, rather than just regularly sending incorrect bills

I think my Excel downloads were also transposed, for import and export. Currently waiting for the latest bill to double-check their maths.

Octopus really seem to be struggling under the pressure of the extra Bulb customers.

ToothyChris , same here, the data downloads for elec import and export are transposed. I have reported it to Octo over a week ago but it is still not fixed today. Not the end of the world, but it does grate with my somewhat OCD tendencies.

If only I knew how to do a tweet.

EDIT I think I have sent something, but don't know where it goes

I figured how to tweet and Octo replied.
They sent me links of import and export half readings that are correct and match GE smart tariff and my profile, but these are on "the old dashboard" where the link is right at the bottom of the webpage.
I think the error is in the "Get your geek on download" on the new/default(?) webpage.

There is not any calculation on the pages though to allow checking that the correct tariff is applied at the correct time slot
