From the beginning of the year until a week ago is been on Economy 7. If got correct figures for use and cost from my daily report from GE and the Bright app.
Since I've been on Flux the GE figures give the usage, agreeing with Octopus, but neither are giving correct costs. GE have the rates correct but doubt produce a correct answer for the cost. The proof is that my average price per kWh yesterday was 18.0p, when my cheapest cost is 20.54p (which they show).
Octopus also don't seem correct as their figures give average costs per kWh of - 32.63p, 32.65p, 32.61p, 32.65p and 32.61p. These appear to be rounding errors from a standard variable rate of around 32.6p.
Has anybody found a reliable source for Flux costs? Am I just jumping the gun again?
