Cell 9 seems to be a frequent offender! How long before the battery is irreversibly damaged?

ispookie666 That's what I was seeing with one of my batteries (replaced in the end). Battery might well need replaced but they will send someone out to check the internal cables first as a bad connection can cause similar. It's a giv fix rather than anything we can resolve as users.

To see any variation, i have to zoom right in

Support would be able to see if they have a regular cell thats low
If its the same battery, same cell, same situation, you could have an issue
