Battery keeps discharging outside my requested time

Battery keeps discharging outside my requested time. Anyone know why?
I have 3 tariffs, 8am to 11pm high rate, 11pm to 8am medium rate and 2am to 4am low rate.

DazMav Set the discharge mode to dynamic (in the app). It won't discharge during a timed charge period. You may find it easier to use the web portal as what you would normally set (in the portal) is ECO mode (minimises grid import/export) plus a timed charge midnight to 8am. This would appear in the app as Grid + Solar charge and dynamic discharge mode.

You might also find it beneficial to start your off-peak charging at 2am so that the battery will charge at the low rate rather than medium. If it's not fully charged by 4am, it will finish off at the medium rate.

Tim Quitee simply - don't use timed discharge. It is NOT for limiting when you want discharge to take place. It is for telling the inverter when to discharge at full power rgardless of home demand.

OK thanks for the info. I still think this needs to be added. I'm discharging at medium peak rate. Want to have my discharging at high peak rate.
It would be good to have grid timer and solar timer for charging (attached image

). Grid timer at low peak rates and solar timer for trickle charge during the day when there's excess (would also like to have the hot water Eddi working _500w).
Also the Givenergy custom tariffs for costing on the app need to have more than 2 rates. I need 3 fixed rates.
