Today I tried to pause our batteries through the app, as I was trying to charge my car and didn't want it to drain my batteries. However, the app and the online portal stills shows the battery discharging around 770w
Is this a known bug/issue?

I've also had a similar issue, I had turned the discharge rate off for a couple of hours on the cloud website and then tried to switch it back on via the app. It confirms settings were changed, however the battery didnt kick back in until I changed the settings again on the website.

I also have this problem. In the app, the Force Charge and Force Discharge both work, but neither Pause nor Play make any difference to the battery behaviour (although the log shows they are successfully written to the AIO). I also tried changing the similar settings in the Portal under Remote Control and those settings were also successfully written, but didn't change the AIO behaviour. Anybody have a solution to this?

SteveMac Scroll down teh remote settings page, look for Pause, under battery control
Set PauseDischarge, then a start and end time

The battery will not discharge to load during this time
