I recently switched tariff with the same supplier. The portal and app has failed to pick this up and my batteries continued to be charged in the cheap rate window provided under the old tariff. All attempts to set charging times or even switch to solar charging only have been fruitless. Anyone else experienced this and know whatbthe solution is?

You don't say what tariff you were on and what you have moved to. Let's assume it is not Octopus and there is no automation for it (currently). Do the following in thr portal

Tariffs panel - remove/disable all tariffs
My Inverter Panel - Settings - Reset to defaults
My Inverter Panel - Settings - ECO - Enable
My Inverter Panel - Settings - timed charge - enable and set cheap period times

Kirk The portal and app has failed to pick this up

The portal and app have no way of knowing who your supplier is or what tariff you are on. You have to manually specify what tariff you are on for both import and export. The tariff card is simply to convert the power and energy figures logged in the portal to £s.

Whatever tariff you are on, just make sure that the timed charge settings are right for BST; some energy suppliers maintain their off-peak tariff window the same for GMT and BST, others don't.
