I've had batteries, inverter and solar panels installed two days ago.
The https://givenergy.cloud/ page works fine even when I'm away from home, but the Android app only works when I'm connected to WiFi.
Is there some setting that needs to be enabled?
Also, how do I register another user (my wife) so she can also monitor what's going on?

Odd. My Android app works fine in 'away' mode too.
I don't think you need to enable anything - it should be using your credentials to connect to the server.
For your wife to monitor, can she just log in with your account credentials? That's what we do.

I am not sure of the issue, are you saying the App wont connect while using 4G?

There are 2 Android apps available:
The official one
and an alternative one
The official app allows you to change settings and fully control the system and should in theory work anywhere. The alternative app only allows you to monitor the system (no changes) and only works on your home wifi. The alternative one may be a good choice for secondary users who don't want to change settings.
It seems both of these apps are region locked to the UK. I happen to have a google account that is US based for legacy reasons, so I cannot install the app. Acquiring the APK would be helpful, devs?

gavinc Not sure why the app would be region locked, that sounds odd to me
I'm not going to link direct as I've no idea on what is fair game on here but "APK Pure" has all the versions going back to 2021 if you must. I needed to use it to get the app on an old Android that wasn't supported (but worked anyway)
Up to you if you trust that source of APK or not.
