Does anyone have the same problem. For the past couple of weeks the battery % charge has not been showing on the home dashboard. It either shows as 0% or ?%. Has anyone else had the same problem? I have already tried signing out and signing back in. If I use the beta.GivEnergy.cloud portal, the battery charge % displays fine. Thanks
Smout100 Do you mean that the battery % charge doesn't show on the phone/device app but it does on the web portal? If so, switch to Away and back to home and it should work. There's another thread that suggests solutions to this. If you don't mean that, the question doesn't make sense to me.
Yes you are exactly right. Even when I switch from home to away and back it still shows as 100%.
Try deleting the app data.
