Afroz you'll need to get in touch with GE to see if it's possible, it's not something you can do yourself.

However, there is a "reset " available in the app to clear "old" data - settings > preferences > advanced options > clear app data. Not sure if that will do what you want though.

That only clears data on the phone and logs you out... I would like to clear App data from the portal/configuration data
