Battery Discharge When Exporting Problem - Any help please?

Gen 1 5kW Hybrid
2 x 8.2kW batts

When trying to export at 2600W my output is yo-yoing up and down. Graphs attached from today - virtually no PV production at the time so output should have been steady at 2600W.

Any suggestions what be causing this ongoing problem for me?

Not sure if any relevance - I’ve noticed that one battery is approx. 10c higher than the other when charging and discharging near max power.
