Does forced battery charge overnight also display as load consumption on the power graph ?

No, I think it should show as grid import and negative battery.
will be consumption load when the house uses it out of the battery, otherwise it would be counting it twice.

That's what I would have thought but the load consumption "mirrors" the forced charge & there is nothing else running in the house of any significance....confused...

Do you have multiple inverters? It looks like it might be cross charging batteries on each (charge and discharge at the same time). I don't have that sort of system so don't have experience of the issue but there are plenty here who do any will hopefully confirm it and give tips to manage/understand the graphs.

Yes 2 inverters & 2 batteries, one on forced charge overnight

So the charging of one may be seen as house demand by the other so it uses the other battery to charge it kind of defeating the point!

If you see blue both above and below the zero line at the same time, it means you are cross-charging - i.e. power going from one battery to the other (which just wastes energy, due to the losses). Probably better to charge both batteries at the same time.

If you have twin AC3 inverters, some of the numbers will not be quite as they should, since the GE software cannot do the calculations properly, for this 'not supported' setup.

What you will probably find is that power going in/out of one of the two batteries, will also partially get added to the load (in green) - so your load graph may be misleading at times.

A twin AC3 setup has many benefits, but it also has some limitations, which you get used to after a while.

Yes, set both inverters to a timed charge for the same period (and also when charging your EV unless you want to dump these batteries to it). If for any reason, you only want one battery to actually charge, just set the other battery Charge to % to a value somewhere around where you would expect it to be at the start of the timed charge period. This has the affect of leaving one battery bobbing along at the Charge to % value, but neither charging nor discharging otherwise.
