Hi,
I had my PV + GivEnergy Battery system installed last week and have some questions regarding the battery SOC data..
I have the AC3.0 inverter and 2 x 2.6kwh batteries. There seems to be a discrepancy between the SOC on the primary and secondary battery. When the inverter reports that the system is fully charged for example, the secondary battery seems to always be a few % points behind the primary. (See below). The only day they both read 100% at the same time was the day of installation (after I presume the calibration phase?). Since then the discrepancy appears to be getting larger. During charge and discharge the secondary can be up to 10-12% behing the primary. Is this normal? Or should both battery percentages track evenly?

Also when I inspect each battery individually the readings for percentage, voltage and temp (on either primary or secondary battery) appear to report some very rogue readings where data for those values drops to 0.0 - almost as if the inverter cannot read the data at that time. Is this a bug or does something need recalibrating?

Any help or advice greatly appreciated 🙂
