Battery not being used

I’ve recently switched to Octopus Flux and have used Octopus R&D to set up charging to 100% between 2-5 and export to 50% charge between 4pm - 7pm.
That works fine, but after the period ends it seems that the SOC instruction stays lodged in the memory and subsequent calls for power from the house are serviced by the grid not the battery.

The inverter is set to eco.

I think I can fix the 2 - 5 charge by setting the instruction on the inverter but the timed export doesn’t have the ability to limit the discharge to 50%

Any thoughts from anyone?

Battery seemed stuck in idle. I have restarted the inverter and reset to defaults. This has moved it from idle and it's now contributing to the house load.
I've now set the charge instructions on the inverter with the discharge instruction staying on Octopus R&D. We'll see what happens now.

One thing I've discovered. Changing instructions from my iPad doesn't work. They need to be sent from my desktop. That may be unique to me?

Ubarrow making changes via the portal has historically been more reliable than the app but these days, I find that as long as you press Save in the app or submit in the portal, both are reliable and provide positive feedback as to whether the change was successful or not.

I'm finding I can't see the saved change in the portal any more - the green box saying success doesn't appear. Not sure if it's a rendering issue (having to check the logs to see if the command was received!). Will log a feedback thing for it in the portal.
