Has anyone else had this happen? I had 40+% when it decided to discharge it all to the grid. Annoying?
Battery discharged to 0% then charged to 100% between midnight and 4am
is this a new system? If so, was that the initial calibration? Is there a notification in the web portal or app to say a calibration has started/finished?
TX200 Hi, No, it was commissioned in November 22. It did that for the 1st week but it's been brilliant since. Here's the profile? It doesn't make any sense to me?

My system discharged down to zero to the grid at midnight last night. I only had 9% but it was the first time I’d seen it happen. The system was commissioned 2 months ago and has only been in eco mode.
Solar charged it back up to 8% but it’s completely ignored house load. I’ve restarted it and reset it to see if it made any difference.
It has 6% in it, interested to see what happens at midnight.
I have a gen 1 3.6 hybrid and 9.5kwh battery.

Didn’t reoccur last night.
Very dull today, so not sure if there’ll be any excess for the battery. But will keep an eye on it.

So I noticed today that my battery has been ignoring house load and is only charging, but not discharging.
I rang up givenergy and they can see a change in the backend was made, which I wouldn't have been able to see which looks like a calibration was kicked off, which discharged but never charged. The battery was told to maintain 100% charge which is why it wouldn't discharge to the house, but I could force it if I wanted to.
They're going to investigate why it occurred for me, but they're fixed it their end now.
Mine did that a couple of weeks ago. It seems to have been a calibration started by Givenergy. It has worked fine ever since.

Bit odd.
Wonder if someone had fat fingers and sent out a calibration. Odd that it happened bang on midnight for 2 of us.
