Smart tariff

Unable to give API key despite copy and paste, any ideas?

A better explanation of what you are trying to do, where etc would be appreciated.

I am trying to input the details that the App asks for to link in with my smart tariff. Everything is ok but despite copy and paste of the API Key reference it won’t accept the details.

Howie I had the same problem so I asked Octopus to check their API. After 3 weeks of getting nothing from them I tried again and it miraculously worked, so whether that's because they did something in the background or it just sorted itself out I don't know. It's working fine now though

after entering the api, click in the other fields again ( meter serial etc) and then re click on the api and it will turn green ( or not red) and then be accepeted.
